We are looking a bright and dynamic candidate who can competent enough to handle following
assignment preferably he has a prior experience in HR Consultancy Service industry.
Skill in managing both cold calls as well as planned calls
Ability to sell to senior management of large Corporate House and Industry.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
-> Candidate with excellent communication and presentation skills of relevant experience in Corporate deal.
-> Mapping the organization.
-> Generating the new business.
-> Responsible to close the orders.
-> Result oriented, high emotional intelligence, restless and willing to work under agreed parameters of performance and operating conditions.
-> Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
-> Research and build relationships with new clients.
-> Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders/Principals.
-> Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
-> Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives.
-> Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion
